10th class Urdu PDF compulsory by PTBB

Urdu is the national language of Pakistan, is a compulsory subject till 12th grade in Pakistan. The 10th grade Urdu book is one of its kind. Nine reviewers have reviewed it to ensure quality. This book is approved by the Punjab curriculum board and has been designed by two co-authors.

The book has been divided into three sections. This article will discuss what is in the book and how one can make the best of it.

What is inside the Urdu compulsory 10th class book?

The 10th class Urdu compulsory is divided into three sections. Let us dive into the book so that you are a teacher or a student and must learn how to understand the Urdu language aspects with a balance.

The introductory part.

The first part of the book comprises the hammed (the praise of Allah) and the Naat. These are two compulsory sections of every Urdu textbook in Pakistan. It starts with the name of Allah almighty and the last prophet of Islam.

Chapter 3; Mirza Muhammad Saeed.

This is a biographical account of Mirza Muhammad Saeed, who has been a renowned Urdu author and magazine editor. Students will learn about the struggle of a language person and how Urdu become a language of the elite in the sub-continent amidst the colonial period.

Chapter 4: nazariya e Pakistan (The ideology of Pakistan)

It is unlike the regular Pakistan studies chapter. It is written with a different perspective and is surely a delight for the students interested in learning the change of events. It explains the relationship between personalities and events for the two-nation theory and the flag bearer of such a massive change. Students will learn to write an account of history for Urdu prose.

Chapter 5: Partisan Ki Shehzadi.

This is Urdu fiction. The students will enjoy it. Along with they will also learn to use synonyms in a similar context. The main objective of having this chapter is to get a stronger grip on the Urdu language.

Chapter 6: Urdu Adab mien Eid ul fitar.

As the name of the chapter implies. It will explain the way to explain an event in Urdu, especially a religious event. It is from the humor genre, and students will love it.

Chapter 7: Mjy merry dosto Se Bachao.

Students will get an insight into life. The author has done a great job with the Urdu language to explain how people meet different people and their relations with others.

Chapter 8: Mulamma

It is again Urdu fiction. Explaining how the visible and invisible are existing together in this world. Students will learn to write a summary of language fiction. This chapter is quite beneficial for language assets.

Chapter 9: Chughal Khor.

Chapter 10: Nam dio Mali.

Urdu maulvi Abdul Haq’s father has a very great lesson for the growing generation in this chapter. Students will feel motivated after getting through this chapter.

Chapter 11: Ali Bakhsh.

This chapter is about the personal assistant of Iqbal. It is a treasure for the students.

Chapter 12: Istanbul.

Language can take you to places. Already turkey is one of the friend countries of Pakistan. For a 10th grade student, it is important to learn about the geostrategic importance of turkey and its strength as a Muslim majority country. This chapter fulfills all such needs.

Chapter 13 and 14: Khator e Ghalib and khtot e Rashid Ahmed Siddiqui

Students will get to know that not only was Ghalib a poet but a very great writer as well; he was a friend of friends and a person people will love to accompany. The 14th chapter is again a collection of letters by Rashid armed Siddiqui.

Chapter 15; Uth bandh Qamar kiyon darta Hai.

This chapter is motivational prose of the growing natives of Pakistan. They will feel backed by the authors, as the writer has tried to support the aspiring students.

Third section: The poems

There are seven poems in this section written by renowned Urdu poets. The point in having these poems is to make the learners understand the world of Urdu poems. They are a lot different from English poetry and has a special place and design.

Fourth section: The ghazal.

Ghazal is the quintessential genre of Urdu literature. It is a lot different from Nazem, and without understanding the creation and delivery of a ghazal, one cannot claim to be a student of the Urdu language. This section comprises four ghazals; all are one of their kind.
